Order Changes: Because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after submission. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier. Once your order has been shipped, Mindthol is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim if your shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
8. Refused or Returned Shipments
If you refuse delivery of a shipment or it is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping fees, and any customs duties or taxes incurred. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method minus those costs.
9. Pre‑Order and Back‑Ordered Items
Pre‑order or back‑ordered items will ship on the estimated availability date listed on the product page or order confirmation. If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, we may ship them separately; separate shipping charges may apply. We will notify you if delays occur.
